Alu-TV^® live at Aluminium 2010 in Essen

Trends, news and innovations – the up-to-the-minute industry TV channel reports live from the largest aluminium trade fair in the world

The world's leading international trade fair ALUMINIUM opens its doors once more in Essen from 14-16 September 2010. Over 900 exhibitors from the aluminium industry will be showcasing their offer across 9 halls with a floor space of more than 60,000 m². Around 18,000 trade visitors from Germany and the rest of the world are expected. As media partner of trade fair organiser Reed Exhibitions, Alu-TV^® will again enliven the trade fair with its wide-ranging live programme of events!

International meeting place for the aluminium industry

ALUMINIUM 2010 is the international meeting point for aluminium manufacturers and processors. The aluminium industry comes here to showcase its latest technologies and present a huge range of equipment for the production, processing and finishing of aluminium to a professional audience. It also provides information on specific industry themes in 5 pavilions, e.g. product solutions created from aluminium, equipment and systems for aluminium extraction as well as the latest findings from research and technology. The ALUMINIUM Congress 2010 is being organised in parallel with the show for the first time by the GDA (Gesamtverband der Aluminiumindustrie), the federation of the aluminium industry in Germany.

Alu-TV^® with strong media presence

Following its success at ALUMINIUM 2008, Alu-TV^® will be displaying an even stronger media presence at ALUMINIUM 2010. The stage in the Galeria will be transformed into a lively showcase for the aluminium industry and will present an array of companies, key players and decision makers live on Alu-TV^® to an international audience. During all three days of the show the Alu-TV^® film teams will be constantly on the lookout for the highlights, innovations and trends of ALUMINIUM 2010 to show to visitors in daily up-to-the-minute live transmissions on Alu-TV^®.
